Bay State Beyond the Classroom:  Experience Boston
Simply put, Boston is America’s college town. The city has more than a quarter of a million students, who are enrolled in 35 colleges and universities.  Our campus is located on Commonwealth Avenue, which offers Bay State students an urban environment with plenty of sites to check out, and the best in upscale shopping and dining.  Like most colleges and universities, Bay State understands its responsibility in contributing to a safe and secure campus environment.  Our close-knit student and faculty relationships also make it easier to take each other’s safety into account.

The “Walkable City”
When you arrive at Bay State you’ll be surrounded by interesting people, from every aspect of life.  Boston, coined “The Walkable City,” is brimming with things to do and places to visit. You can take in Boston’s rich history on the Freedom Trail, the Boston Harbor, or browse the Museum at the Kennedy Library.

Maybe you want to check out one of the City’s 21 diverse neighborhoods like Chinatown, or the Italian influenced North End. Spend the day dining and shopping on posh Newbury Street or take the “T” to eclectic Harvard Square. Go clubbing with friends on hip Lansdowne Street, or watch a Red Sox game at nearby Fenway Park.  Sit on a park bench to take in the lush scenery at nearby The Boston Common.  There’s just no better place to be a student than Boston.

The Networking City
Once enrolled at Bay State, you’ll be able to tap into our unlimited network and meet employers and alumni who can open the door to some of the Northeast’s best career opportunities.  Boston has some of the highest- rated medical facilities in the country, rapidly growing businesses, and connections to the global fashion industry.  Our students have gone on to work for Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Genzyme Corporation, Burberry, Saks Fifth Avenue and a host of other high level employers.
